The following are the terms and conditions to which registrants agree when registering for face-to-face training, live webinars and e-learning courses (“Courses”) organised by Bursa Malaysia Berhad and/or the Bursa Malaysia group of companies (“Bursa Malaysia”). Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to review and update these terms and conditions at any time.

1. Face-to-face training course fees must be paid in full prior to the start date of the course.
2. Non-attendance by registrants on the actual day will be considered “no shows”. No refunds will be made for any cancellations made by or “no shows” by registrants.
3. Participants must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at the premises at which the training is conducted.

1. Live webinar participation is currently free of charge.
2. Live webinars may be recorded. By joining a live webinar, participants consent to the recording of the webinar.

Bursa Malaysia will issue a certificate of completion after the participant has fully attended and completed an e-learning course. Payment for the completion certificate must be made prior to issuance of the certificate.

1. In the event of circumstances beyond Bursa Malaysia’s control, Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to alter the content, trainers/speakers, fees, dates or venues for the Courses.
2. In the case of cancellation of any face-to-face training by Bursa Malaysia, a full refund of the fees will be made. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of the cancellation notice.

Bursa Malaysia does not accept responsibility for any person acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its Courses including the course materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers/speakers and are not necessarily those of Bursa Malaysia. Participants should obtain professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
