Tuck Loon, an ardent mindfulness practitioner for over 40 years, is a regular trainer with the WISE Foundation. Starting with a small community, Tuck Loon has been sharing a multi-angle approach to mindfulness. Mindfulness of our thoughts, speech and actions helps us understand the causes of problems and recognise how the mechanics of the mind work can bring peace, freedom and release from mental stress. Since 2016, Tuck Loon has regularly been invited to conduct talks, workshops, and retreats in Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Turkey, and Vietnam. His weekly online sessions have reached a much broader audience from Australia, the U.K, and the U.S during the 2020 global pandemic when many seek comfort and refuge during the challenging period.
