(This webinar will be conducted in English)

Shariah-compliant Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) is a popular investment product for Muslim investors to build diversified portfolios while adhering to Islamic principles. The ETFs are publicly traded on the stock exchange.

These ETFs track the performance of a basket of stocks that have been carefully screened to ensure that they are compliant with Shariah law, which prohibits investments in companies that are involved in activities considered to be haram, or forbidden, such as alcohol, gambling, and tobacco.

Shariah-compliant ETFs provide a convenient and cost-effective way for Muslim investors to gain exposure to the stock market without compromising their religious beliefs. By investing in a passive manner, investors can avoid the high fees associated with actively managed funds, while also benefiting from the long-term growth potential of the stock market.

Join us in this webinar "Passive investing with Shariah-compliant ETFs" as we invite Mr. Zulkhairi Zulkifli from Wealth Vantage, to share with you how to invest using Shariah-compliant ETFs.

In this 1.5-hr webinar, you'll learn:

  2. Shariah screening methodology
  3. List of i-ETFs in Malaysia
  4. Advantages and benefits of investing in ETFs
  5. Risks in ETF investment
  6. Comparing ETFs with Open-End Unit Trust Funds
