Real Estate Investment Trusts or commonly known as REITs in Malaysia (M-REITs) are collective investment scheme that own and manage a portfolio of income generating real estates with an objective to distribute regular income distribution to unit holders of the REIT.
Learn the basics of REITs such as the regulation and valuation method and identify the roles of REITs in portfolio diversification. You will also be able to learn about the performance of existing REITs in Malaysia.
