The Bursa Game [“Contest”] is organised by Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”). By participating in this contest, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).

2. Eligibility
   This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia excluding officers, employees and directors of Bursa Malaysia, the respective affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members or members of the same household (whether related or not). Eligible persons who participate in the contest must be 18 years of age and above as at the date of participation in the contest.
3. By entering, Participants warrant that all information the Participants provided to Bursa Malaysia, including information provided on the Website, are true and accurate.
4. All costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this contest is the sole responsibility of the Participants.
5. Rewards Bursa Malaysia is giving away Touch n Go eWallet Reload pins as the Contest Prizes (Prizes) to 13x shortlisted Participants who answer all 3 quiz questions correctly. The shortlisted winners will then need to answer a tie breaker question in not more than 25 words, ‘I am an Investor Bijak because____’ which will determine the prize they will win.
6. The contest will run for 3 weeks from 8 – 28 December 2021. Weekly winners will be selected based on the contest week below:

   Week 1: 8 – 14 December 2021

   Week 2: 15 – 21 December 2021

   Week 3: 22 – 28 December 2021

7. There will be a total of ONE [1] First Prize winner, TWO [2] Second Prize winners & TEN [10] Consolation Prize Winners each week:
   • One First Prize Winner will win RM500 worth of Touch n Go eWallet Reload pin.
   • Two Second Prize Winners will win RM250 worth of Touch n Go eWallet Reload pin.
   • 10 Consolation Prize Winners will each win RM50 worth of Touch n Go eWallet Reload pin.
8. Bursa Malaysia will issue the Prizes to the Winners via the postal address OR email as provided in the Contest.
9. Bursa Malaysia or its agent reserves the right to conduct verification and require additional documentation and information (including, without limitation, proof of identity) from the Recipients before delivering the prizes to the Recipients.
10. The Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, or other items in kind, and are not transferable.
11. Bursa Malaysia will not be held liable or responsible for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Recipients. Bursa Malaysia shall have no liability for any Recipients’ failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, email services and/or interruption in the internet connection.
12. Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes, levies and fees payable as a result of Prizes received.
13. All risks associated with the use of the Prizes shall be assumed by the Recipients.
14. Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with that of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice.
15. Disclaimers
    To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bursa Malaysia or any of its respective officers, servants, employees, directors, affiliates and subsidiaries, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by Bursa Malaysia for purposes of this Contest) be liable to Participants in this Contest for loss or damage of any kind, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with access and use of the Website; participation in this Contest; acceptance, possession, use and/misuse of the Prizes. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, this Contest is provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
16. Personal Data Protection

17. General Terms and Conditions
    Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Contest and/or to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension of this Contest will not entitle the Participants to any compensation against Bursa Malaysia for any and all losses or damages that may be suffered or incurred by the Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension.
18. To the extent permitted by law, Bursa Malaysia’s decision on any matters relating to the Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence, appeals or attempts to dispute the same will be entertained in any event.
19. The Contest and the Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
